The reservation must be made on www.tidesbeachclubmaine.com in order to qualify for the Best Rate Guarantee. Rooms on another website must be publically available and bookable on the internet at the time of verification. Rates booked on an opaque site, where the guest does not know the hotel being reserved until the completion of processing, are not eligible. Examples of these sites are, but not limited to, Priceline.com and Hotwire.com.

• Previously negotiated group, corporate and net rates are not eligible for the Best Rate Guarantee.
• Please note, rates and availability change several times daily.
• The comparison rate presented must be originated within twenty-four hours of booking. Each room night will be considered individually when evaluating the comparison rate.
• The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to taxes, gratuities, guest incidental charges. Food and Beverage charges, or any fees you may incur during your stay.
• The rates available under the Best Rate Guarantee cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or discounts.

Our reservation agents must be able to verify, to their satisfaction, that the claim meets all conditions of the Best Rate Guarantee and Terms and Conditions and that it has been properly submitted. The acceptance of all requests is ultimately at the discretion of the Tides Beach Club.
