SUP (Stand Up Paddleboarding) Lessons/Tours - Our fitness guru, Marcio will guide you through a lesson to learn this up and coming sport. The surf at Goose Rocks Beach is just mellow enough to ensure an easy ride. Once you mastered it, sign up for a lengthier ride out to the islands...
Beach Fitness - Join Marcio and fellow guests on the beach for Beach Fitness! This hour or so class takes you through some simple exercises using your body weight and a towel. Rinse off in the refreshing Atlantic when you're done!
Kayaking - Marcio will be happy to guide you through a kayak lesson just off Goose Rocks Beach, then take you exploring our beautiful coastline.
Bike Excursions - You and Marcio will be best friends by the time you leave! In addition to all else, he is an avid biker and has mapped out some great routesfor riders of all levels. The Goose Rocks Beach area, both on and off road, is home to some of the best cycling in New England.
Nature Walks - Explore our adjacent salt marshes and estuaries, home to a variety of coastal bird species, crabs and other marine life.
Hidden Pond Pools - As a guest of The Tides Beach Club, you enjoy full access to amenities at sister resort Hidden Pond, including use of their two pools, one of which is adults only.
Meet the Gardener - Join Hidden Pond's gardener, Elizabeth, as she takes you on a tour of their organic gardens. Ask questions, advice or simply pick from a variety of veggies, fruits and herbs - or a fresh bouquet of flowers for your room.
Mixology Classes - Loved the signature cocktail you had at Earth last night? Here's your chance to recreate it and sample it a second time!
